- Room reservations will be made through Dekon Congress & Tourism.
- Rates quoted are in USD, including bed and breakfast.
- Please make your reservations early, bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.
- Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
- Hotel check-in time is 15:00 and check-out time is 12:00. If you would like to check-in before 14:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.
Beware of Fraud Offers!
While booking your hotel, please be aware that there are several fraudulent websites impersonating the APASL 2026 Istanbul registration and accommodation platforms. These sites may be very professional looking and use online advertising to appear at the top search results, while some of them may try to reach you via scam emails.
DEKON Group is the Organizing Secretariat and the sole authorized company for the APASL 2026 Istanbul.
The only way to access the APASL 2026 Istanbul registration form and the hotel options is through the congress website: www.apasl2026istanbul.org.

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation:
Requests for accommodation cancellation must be received in writing by the APASL 2026 Istanbul Registration Secretariat (DEKON) via e-mail to [email protected]
- In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) until January 15th, full payment will be refunded after deducting 1 night penalty charge.
- In the case of any room cancellations (cancellation of the total stay) after January 16th, no refunds will be possible
- In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) until January 15th, full payment after deducting any bank charges will be refunded.
- In the case of any room night modifications (partial cancellation for some of the nights only) after January 16th, no refunds will be possible.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of APASL 2026 Istanbul, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
