- Registration rates above are given excluding 20% VAT which will be added automatically during the registration process.
- Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered, registration will be confirmed after receiving the payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at [email protected].
- The date of payment is decisive for registration. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered as early bird if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
- Day-passes or visitor-passes are not proposed.
To qualify for trainee, nurse, or student rates, official documentation is required (e.g., an official transcript, a document from your institution, or a copy of your student/trainee/nurse ID) verifying your status. These documents can be sent via email to [email protected]. Without this documentation, standard delegate fees will apply.
Registration Fee includes;
- Access to all congress sessions
- Access to the exhibition area
- Congress materials (eg. name badges, certificate of attendance, any printed or digital materials to be produced for participants, etc.)
- Refreshments (coffee breaks) during the congress program
- Access to the Welcome Reception
Beware of Fraud Offers!
While booking your hotel, please be aware that there are several fraudulent websites impersonating the APASL 2026 registration and accommodation platforms. These sites may be very professional looking and use online advertising to appear at the top search results, while some of them may try to reach you via scam emails.
DEKON Group is the Organizing Secretariat and the sole authorised company for the APASL 2026.
The only way to access the APASL 2026 registration form and the hotel options is through the congress website: www.apasl2026istanbul.org.

Cancellation Policy - Registration:
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by the APASL 2026 Istanbul - Registration Secretariat (DEKON Congress & Tourism) via e-mail to [email protected], and the below cancellation policy will apply.
- Cancellation requests received before or on 29 December 2025, full refund will be provided less a 20% administration fee.
- Cancellation requests received on or after 30 December 2025, no refund will be provided, and only name changes can be done after this deadline.
Note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of APASL 2026 Istanbul, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
